Carbon (C)

Carbon (C) is a chemical element and an atomic number(Z) 6, group 14 (carbon group), period 2, and atomic weight 12.011. The Carbon (C) elemental exists in two well-defined allotropic crystalline forms: diamond and graphite and vegetal carbon and black fume.
