Titanium (Ti)

Titanium (Ti) is a chemical element and atomic number (Z) 22, group 4, period 4, and atomic weight 47.867. The Titanium (Ti) is a light, strong, white metal that is as strong as steel but much less dense. Titanium is important as an alloying agent with many metals including aluminium, molybdenum and iron, used in golf clubs, laptops, bicycles and crutches, condensers in desalination plants, and human surgical applications such as joint replacements and tooth implants.
