An EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) Project is one of the typical contract types of the oil and gas business sector defining the contractor’s scope of work. The Contractor provides the overall project management, engineering services of the preparation of plans, drawings and specifications, and provides procurement with equipment and bulk material supply (necessary of all or part of the material requirements), and provides the construction management only. The Construction activity will be performed by construction subcontractors under the contractor’s management.
