LTA (Long Term Agreement)

A Long Term Agreement (LTA) is a type of the contracts that performs the work for another over an extended period of time, more than five years in duration. A Long Term Agreement is also deemed to be a comprehensive contract since there will never be a need for the parties to revise or renegotiate the contract as the future unfolds.
