NCND (Non Circumvention Non Disclosure)

NCND (Non Circumvention Non Disclosure) is an international trade agreement term used in the preliminary stages of a business transaction where the Seller and Buyer do not know each other, but are brought into contact with each other by one or more intermediaries (brokers). A NCND is to fulfill the transaction that they are not bypassed, the information disclosed during the negotiations, and revealed to any external or unauthorised party.
