Screening

A Screening is a preliminary assessment of the suitability for a particular process or development methodology that evaluates or investigates a large number of subjects to identify those with a particular set of attributes or characteristics.

 $69 per barrel (b) in January, an increase of $5/b from the average in December.
U.S. crude oil production is estimated to have averaged 10.2 million b/d in January, up 100,000 b/d from the December level. 
Natural gas production averaged 73.6 Bcf/d in 2017. EIA forecasts that natural gas production will reach 80.3 Bcf/d in 2018.
