Strontium (Sr)

Strontium (Sr) is a chemical element with atomic number (Z) 38, group 2, period 5, and atomic weight 87.62. The Strontium (Sr) is a soft, silver-yellow, alkaline-earth metal in which physical and chemical properties are similar to calcium and barium, uses similar to those of calcium and barium, but it is rarely employed because of its higher cost.
