A Blanket Order is a purchase order (PO) consisted of the price basis and all applicable terms and conditions that applies for bulk materials supply for the large and mega project construction. After its acceptance by the supplier, purchase order (quantities) may be made against it periodically. (Also, called as the Framework Agreement or Umbrella Agreement)
