CAD (Computer Aided Design)

A Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is the using the computer systems to aid in the creation, modification, analysis, or optimisation of a design. A CAD software is used by architects, engineers, drafters, artists, and others to create precision drawings or technical illustrations that creates two-dimensional (2D) drawings or three-dimensional (3D) models. A CAD/CAM (computer-aided design/ computer-aided manufacturing) is a software used to design products such as electronic circuit boards in computers and other devices.
