Catalyst Activity (z)

A Catalyst Activity (z) is an increase in rate of a chemical reaction caused by the presence of a catalyst. The Catalytic Activity is usually denoted by the symbol z and measured in mol/s, a unit which was called katal and defined the International Standard (SI) unit for catalytic activity.
