A Construction Manager is responsible for direct construction activities such as erection and installation of equipment and materials reporting to the Site Manager, and supported by construction superintendents, supervisors, and construction subcontractors. Normally, the Construction Manager is a Site Manager of a small size of construction project. (Refer to the Site Manager (or Construction Manager))
