CPU (Central Processing Unit)

A Central Processing Unit (CPU) is the physical heart of the entire computer system that is the unit which performs most of the processing inside a computer. The CPU is generally composed of the main memory, control unit, and arithmetic-logic unit, also known as the processor or microprocessor.
