Due Diligence is the act with a reasonable and common sense under the circumstances that is a negotiation work process in an investigation business to confirm each party’s understandings and expectations, considered reasonable for people to be performed work fairly prior to a contract signing. The Due Diligence is to ensure that there are no hidden details which could affect the future agreement or contract.
