Governing Law

Governing Law is a contract or agreement clause that specifies what jurisdiction’s law is to be applied when there is a dispute in a transaction, interpretation and enforcement of the terms of the contract. (Also, called as the Rule of Court; Choice of Law) (Refer to the Rule of Law (or Law and Order))
