Logistics Management is a part of the work process of the procurement management and supply chain management that includes the logistics planning, implementation, and control of the produced or procured items effectively and efficiently. The Logistic Management consists of the transportation for movement, warehouse management for storages, and information management such as the related information from the point of origin to point of end user; inbound and outbound movements; internal and external interfaces for the customs clearance to achieve the timely in its delivery with cost effective way and meeting the project or contract requirements.
