Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL)

A Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) is one of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) techniques that is used to detect corrosion and pitting in steel structures by difference in normal flux patterns created by discontinuities in ferrous material saturated by a magnetic field.
