A Paint is a coloured liquid that is applied on the surface to decorate or protect after dried and produced a thin layer or film. The Paint consists of pigments and a binder such as oil (oil or solvent based paints use mineral spirit), or water (Latex or Acrylic paints use water for a binder), and additives for the special purpose such as thinner.
