Public Relations (PR)

Public Relations (PR) is the practice of managing the spread of information between an individual, organisation, company, government agency, or a nonprofit organisation and the public. A PR communicates with the target audience directly or indirectly through media with an aim to create and maintain a positive image and a strong relationship with the audience by press releases, newsletters, internet, public appearances, etc.
