Resource Allocation Planning

Resource Allocation Planning is the process of the resource management that is the assignment and distribution or scheduling of resources based on resource availability parameters. The Resource Allocation is the scheduling of activities with the resources required by those activities while taking into consideration both the resource availability and the project schedule. The Resource Allocation is constrained in multiple projects and organisations that may be minimum project cost or minimum project duration with the overall corporate benefits and objectives.
