Schedule Risk Assessment

A Schedule Risk Assessment is the statistical techniques of the recognition uncertainties for each of the project activities by a distribution representing the range of durations that identifies and analyses the quantifying schedule risks of the technical, resources, or programmatic impact on the schedule. The Schedule Risk Assessment is the connection of the risk information of project activities of individual project and the potential impact of uncertainty on the final project duration and cost.
