Viscosity

Viscosity is the quantity of fluid’s resistance to flow that resists shear and tensile stresses. The International Standard (SI) Unit of dynamic Viscosity is the pascal-second (Pa·s), or equivalently the kilogram per meter per second (kg·m^-1·s^-1), the CGS unit is called the poise (P), and commonly expressed as centipoise (cP) equals to the SI multiple millipascal seconds (mPa·s). The high Viscosity fluid is difficult to deform and changes shape only slowly. (e.g., water has a low viscosity and flows easily)
