Radio Frequency Interference (RFI)

Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) is the electromagnetic interference (EMI) that is the conduction or radiation of radio frequency energy, and causes an electronic or electrical device to produce noise that typically interferes with the function of an adjacent device.

Reference Definition by Aiche.org: Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) is any electrical signal capable of being propagated into and interfering with the proper operation of electrical or electronic equipment. The frequency range of such interference may be taken to include the entire electromagnetic spectrum. Type of electrical noise that can affect electronic circuits adversely.
