An Affiliated Enterprise is an enterprise related through direct investment ownership structure that is partly owned by another, less than the majority interest in another company. In general, the Affiliated Enterprise is less than 50% owned by a parent company. The ownership of Affiliated Enterprise is structured like branches, subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures, and it is possible for a member of two or more groups of affiliated enterprises.
