Temporary Facility Plan

A Temporary Facility Plan is a planning activity of the construction that is developed by a home office construction team prior to the commencement of the site work based on the construction schedule and resources mobilisation plan. The Temporary Facility Plan includes the locations and dimensions of temporary facilities (buildings, utilities, and offsites) including layouts and details, equipment and material storage area (warehouse and laydown yard), and access and haul routes, roads of ingress and egress to the safety and construction fenced areas, and identifying construction entrances, trash dumpsters, sanitary facilities, worker parking areas, and any areas which may need to be paved, etc.
