VOC (Voice of the Customer)

The Voice of the Customer (VOC) is a process used to capture the requirements and feedbacks from the customer that is proactive and constantly innovative to capture the changing requirements of the customers with time. A VOC is a product and service development technique that produces a detailed set of customer wants and needs which are organised, prioritised and satisfaction with current alternatives. A VOC programmes aim to gather and analyse customer insights, and are enable to take action to improve customer experience and deliver positive business outcomes to the organisation that is important outputs and benefits for product developers.
