Fluorine (F) is a chemical element with atomic number 9, group 17, period 2, and atomic weight 18.998. The Fluorine (F) is an univalent poisonous gaseous halogen that is pale yellow-green and the most chemically reactive and electronegative of all the elements used for plasma etching in semiconductor manufacturing, flat panel display production.
