Actual Progress (AP)

Actual Progress (AP) is a dynamic metric of the actual earned value that reflects the current state of a project. The Actual Progress is calculated based on an agreed upon the progress measurementation method or procedure that is the achieved performance or gained value with actual consumed resources. The Actual Progress is the regularly monitoring and analysing information that allows project managers to proactively address challenges, optimise resource allocation, and ensure the successful completion of the project.
