Agile Methodology

An Agile Methodology is the project execution or product development by using short cycles of work that allows for rapid production and constant revision. The Agile Methodology is an iterative approach to project management and software development by which practices include requirements discovery and solutions improvement through the collaborative effort of self-organising and cross-functional teams with the end-user.
