An EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Project is one of the typical contract types of the oil and gas business sector that defines contractor’s scope of work (EPC). A Contractor provides the works for Engineering, Procurement and Construction up to a Mechanical Completion (MC) of the plant, and hand-over to the Owner for a start-up and operation.
