Force Majeure

Force Majeure is an unexpected ​event such as a ​war, ​crime, or an earthquake includes an Act of God in which a part of the contract or purchase order cannot be performed due to causes. The Force Majeure is a contractual term used to define circumstances in which a party to a contract is not obliged to carry out its obligations because of major events outside its control that protects parties in the event.
