PCS (Process Control System)

A Process Control System (PCS) is the automation system for the efficiency in flexibility, measurability, availability, safety, and security in a process plant control system. A PCS is the combination activities of control engineering and process engineering disciplines that provides predictable, stable, and consistently operating of a process at the target level of performance with the normal variations.
