A Pump is a machinery equipment using the mechanical actions, such as pressure, to move or transport a fluid from one place to another. Generally, Pumps classification is based on the mechanical configuration and working principle that is mainly divided into two major categories: Positive Displacement Pumps (Reciprocating (Piston), Rotary, Diaphragm, Gear, Lobe Pumps, etc.) and Dynamic Pumps (Centrifugal: Axial, Radial, and Mixed Flow Pumps)
