A Vendor is a successful bidder and contracted as a supplier, manufacturer or fabricator through the commercial and technical bidding processes among an approved bidder list. The Vendor is a party of the supply chain who supplies purchased goods such as equipment, tagged item or commodity bulk material as per the purchase order (PO) contract.
