A Work Instruction is the documented detailed work practices and procedures that is more detailed of a procedure document for a specific work, task, or activity within the organisation. The Work Instruction describes clearly and precisely the correct way to perform certain tasks that may cause inconvenience or damage if not done in the established manner. The Work Instruction is necessary for any business to reduce mistakes in work and used to aid in training, a point of reference for jobs, etc.
