Anger Management

Anger Management is a psycho therapeutic process of learning to recognise signs of emotion that is frequently felt and likely to result in violent behaviour, and taking action to calm down and deal with the situation in a productive way. Anger is a normal, healthy emotion frequently a result of frustration, or of feeling blocked or thwarted from something, and the Anger Management is about learning how to achieve this control.
