Chronic Dehydration

Chronic Dehydration occurs when a person consistently loses more water than they are taking in over a long period of time, not properly hydrated under certain circumstances, such as extreme heat exposure or lengthy physical activity. The Chronic Dehydration can lead to fatigue, constipation, high/low blood pressure, and so on. Rehydrating during and after exercise can prevent dehydration and consuming electrolyte drinks can help a person rehydrate when they are exercising or have stomach flu.
