Commercial Confidentiality

Commercial Confidentiality is the trade secrets or any other information having a commercial value that could reasonably be expected to be destroyed or diminished if the information were disclosed, may result in damage to a party’s commercial interests, intellectual property or trade secrets. The Commercial Confidentiality refers to safeguarding the privacy of sensitive information of individual firms such as market position, financial health, or whether the firm is receiving financial support.
