Commercial Risk

A Commercial Risk is the financial risk that is the risk of non-payment by buyer or borrower while extending credit without securing any collateral or recourse. (e.g., Market Risk (Price Risk, Demand Risk, etc.); Operational Risk (Supply Chain Risk, Technology Risk, etc.); Financial Risk (Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, etc.); Regulatory and Legal Risk (Compliance Risk, Legal Liability, etc.); Strategic Risk (Reputation Risk, Competitive Risk, etc.); Environmental and Social Risk (Environmental Impact, Social Responsibility, etc.). The Commercial Risk generally includes all risks other than the Political Instability and Economic Conditions.
