Compressor Station (or Gas Booster Station)

A Compressor Station (or Gas Booster Station) is a transportation facility that ensures the gases remains pressurised to travel through a long pipeline. It must be compressed periodically along the pipeline, typically located every 60 km to 100 km, where gas is compressed either by gas turbines or diesel engines.
