Construction Cost

Construction Cost is the cost of the entire construction of the Project that is the sum of all cost, direct or indirect of the work to the owner of all elements of the project designed or specified by the design professional for material and equipment into a project ready for operation. The Construction Cost includes the field labour, field contracts, supervision, administration, construction equipment and tools, field office expenses, field purchased material cost, and construction temporary facilities and utilities, but do not include the engineering, procurement services cost, and cost of land or rights of way, etc.
