Construction, Design and Management Regulations (CDM)

The Construction, Design and Management Regulations (CDM) are intended to protect the health and safety of people working in construction, and others who may be affected by their activities, by ensuring good management of construction projects, from concept to completion and eventual demolition. Everyone in the construction supply chain is included. (Source: www.hse.gov.uk/) CDM 2015 replaced the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM 2007) from 6 April 2015, from this date.
