Creative Accounting

Creative Accounting is the accounting practices that follows required laws and regulations, but very much against their spirit and certainly not providing the true and fair view of a company. The Creative Accounting is not illegal, but the aim is to make the company appear financially healthier than it really is. The Creative Accounting is characterised by excessive complication and the use of novel ways of characterizing income, assets, or liabilities.
