Debt to Income (DTI)

Debt to Income (DTI) is all monthly debt payments divided by gross monthly incomes that is the ability to manage the payments the borrowed money. A DTI ratio is the percentage of a consumer’s monthly gross income that goes to paying monthly debt payments.
