Gaussian Model

A Gaussian Model is a class of transport and dispersion model which assumes that the distribution of pollutant concentration has a Gaussian or normal shape (e.g., exp(-y2/2σy 2), where y is the lateral crosswind distance from the centre of the plume or puff and σy is the lateral dispersion component).
