Graphene

Graphene is a two-dimensional form of crystalline carbon, either a single layer of carbon atoms forming a honeycomb (hexagonal) lattice or several coupled layers of this honeycomb structure that is an extremely electrically conductive form of elemental carbon. The Graphene is one of the strongest materials at present and the carbon arrangement that is being considered in a wide range of applications ranging from optics to electronics.
