Interdependent Task

An Interdependent Task is performed by all members of the group assigned to this task with joint effort and collaborative work of the group to reach success. The Interdependent Task can be managed as: a pooled interdependent task requires standardisation in rules and operating procedures; a sequential interdependent task is managed through mildly adaptive planning and scheduling; a reciprocally interdependent task is managed through constant information sharing and mutual adjustments.
