The Interface Management System is to identify interface, to resolve issues between parties; to avoid ambiguity and divergence among the project participants by defining the detailed scope of work; to identify the distribution of the work; to establish the exchange of information; to create formal interface agreements; to track each interface issue to resolution in real time through an online management system.
