Land Use Planning is the process of the evaluation and assessment to become a basis for decisions involving that involves in the environmental effects of land use and its impact on the community. The Land Use Planning is the control of developments around hazardous installations based on the risks posed by the installations to promote more desirable social and environmental outcomes and its impact on the community as well as a more efficient use of resources.
