Lewis Symbol and Structure

A Lewis Symbol and Structure (also known as Lewis Dot Diagrams or Electron Dot Diagrams) is diagrams used dots that represent the bonding between atoms of a molecule and the lone pairs of electrons. The Lewis Symbols and structures help visualise the valence electrons of atoms and molecules.
