Limiting Oxidant Concentration (LOC)

Limiting Oxidant Concentration (LOC) is the concentration of oxidant in a fuel which an explosion will not occur under specified conditions that is expressed in units of volume percent of oxygen. (Also, called as a Minimum Oxygen Concentration (MOC)).
